Would you like to take advantage of the longer brighter days by getting out on your bike? A challenge is going out to all families to dust off their bikes and trikes for a bumper week of cycling activity during National Bike Week 2013.

Despite the rain, bike week in Castlebar has been a great success. Up to 50 people registered to participate in the Cycle to Work for the week, many availing of free showers and sharing their stories and experiences over a cuppa in Lough Lannagh Village before work in the mornings. One lucky winner of a Hybrid bike will be selected from a free draw open to all participants today (Friday).
